How many bundles do I need ?

-Lengths longer than 18 inches, will need 3 or more bundles.

How do I care for my Raw hair ?

-The Hair Factory hair will come to you already washed and conditioned. Wash and condition your Raw hair once every 2-3 weeks with products free of parabens, silicone, alcohol, and sulfate. The Hair Factory Raw Hair Products are recommended. Cantu Shea Butter products are second selection. Refrain from using oils on your hair as too much oil will cause tangling.

How long will my hair last ?

-The longevity of your hair primarily depends on the daily and overall care provided to the product. Hair can last 2+years with proper care. We recommend sleeping with a satin bonnet or scarf and using a wide tooth comb.

Can I dye/Process my Raw hair?

-Yes, you may process your hair, however it will no longer be raw hair. We recommend professional coloring for best results.

Can I Use heat on my Raw Hair ?

-Yes, The Hair Factory hair is 100% human hair. It can be colored, flat ironed and blow dry. We prefer the hair to be air dried. Use minimal heat to refrain from damaging your raw hair.

Can I cut my wefts?

-We do not recommend cutting your wefts unless you absolutely have to. If you do cut your wefts, we suggest using quality weft sealer to minimize shedding.

Shipping/Returns

-Shipping will normally take 3-5 days. During sales and holidays shipping may take up to 7-10 days. We will provide tracking information once you order is processed.
